The business was started by my Dad in 1968. He always performed magic. Even while serving in the Air Force during the Korean War, my father loved to entertain. After retiring from the military, Dad went into the printing business as a salesman, but he still loved being a clown. He started the clown entertainment business to work part-time weekends. Dad had plenty of opportunities to perform, since his first four children were girls and went to private grammar school. My father performed at all our Girl Scout functions, and fundraisers. He was very involved in the IBM and SAM, both magic groups, and of his five children, two are now professional clowns. I took over my Dad's business in 1986 when my parents retired and moved down to Florida.
